    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execute the day-to-day marketing function with the help of  the marketing manager and Chief Create Officer 
    • Develop a "corporate" marketing strategy and implementation plan that elevates and enhances the brand 
    • Create and coordinate marketing campaigns from concept to execution to measurement
    • Coordinate and execute effective email campaigns that drive conversion and traffic to the site/store
    • Set goals and execute plans to grow marketing channels 
    • Manage company EMS system
    • Develop new location full marketing role out plans (digital, billboard, grand opening event, events, promotions, and long term-awareness)
    • Exercising both gorilla and formal marketing tactics to achieve desired and set goals
    • Collaborating with various departments, retail locations, and eCommerce to highlight and launch new products that go off with a BANG!!!
    • Research and implement new initiatives that drive marketing innovation 
    • Advise and instruct on segmentation criteria for external communications such as email and other marketing mediums  
    • Develop a marketing program business plan, create timelines, set budgets, develop strategies and tactics and execute 
    • Resolve issues and solve problems that may occur throughout the lifecycle of a campaign or project
    • Assist in executing marketing events that extend the brand in an interactive way
    • Use appropriate analytics to measure, evaluate and report against goals and performance of all digital marketing activity and plans  
    • Coordinate digital marketing efforts including social media SEO/SEM, list development, and online advertising 
    • Utilize tools and best practices to manage the execution of marketing programs & projects
    • Research and identify potential attenders to include the development of specific, targeted campaigns aimed at developing new markets. 
    • Align marketing campaigns with social media platform content to amplify the overall message to the consumer
    • Understand the competition, target markets, customers, and technologies 
    • Be sought after by others for knowledge base, opinion, and vision
    • Manage website marketing campaign content, graphics and implementation/takedown

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

    • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
    • Self-starter that can manage their own time and run without direction
    • Knowledge of market segmentation
    • Impeccable writing skills
    • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and assignments 
    • EMS marketing system experience a PLUS +++
    • Strong analytical skills 
    • Vast knowledge in email marketing
    • Creative thinker 
    • Strong attention to detail 
    • Ability to turn data into actions that drive results
