    CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM MEMBERS RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Find ways to make the service we provide BOOM and go off with a BANG
    • Answer inbound queries from phones, emails and chats
    • Contribute to our help center at help.redapplefireworks.com
    • Educate our customers on sales or new products
    • Support our customer success department and continue to drive efficiencies
    • Improving our automatic responses via our chat widget
    • Advocating on the customer's behalf for requested additions to our website
    • Process incoming orders and review pending in-store pick up orders
    • Notify customer service manager with any issues and/or complaints brought up by customers
    • Openly communicate with fellow team members to get your job done effectively
    • Continuously expand product and process knowledge to provide recommendations and assistance to customers

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

    • 2+ years of experience in a similar position with retail/sales experience
    • Open availability 
    • Solutions oriented with a guide of always looking for the "YES"
    • Ability to take a project from start to completion
    • Familiarity with various types of administrative duties
    • Great computer knowledge with the ability to be an expert in multiple data systems
    • High attention to detail
    • Organizational skills with a strong ability to stay focused on the task at hand
    • Excellent written and presentation skills
    • Experience with Google Suite
    • Ability to work well with others and requires minimal supervision
