Responsibilities: A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area served by our team to expand our sales region and meet the needs of a larger customer base Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion Manage and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills Passionate about selling You love scripts and use them to their maximum potential Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly A pro on the phone with ability to make the sale Compensation: $26,000 Base + Bonus
