You’ll make sure our hotel facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Inspect the hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards • Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies, and facilities • Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests • Be able to work independently • Act fast to resolve emergency issues, routine guest issues, etc. • Ability to communicate in English is required Qualifications: • At least 2 years of maintenance experience • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
