Job Description:85% Hospitality and Customer Service - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the shift. Greet customers appropriately. Courteously guide them to their tables. Interact with customers to build positive relationships and attend to their needs.10% Reservations and Scheduling - Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries. Schedule reservations to ensure proper use of dining space. Interact with reservation software to process requests. Communicate with GM about potential conflicts. Assist with take-out orders.5% Other Duties as Assigned - Some examples include but are not limited to bus tables as needed, clear and flip tables, support servers during peak hours, shift side work.Requirements:
Previous fine dining experience preferred
Exceptional customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
Comfortable interfacing with reservation and point of sales software
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
