    Job Description

    The Red Gate Group is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Planning Officer to join us in Tampa, FL, supporting the Central Command Public Affairs Directorate (CCPA).

    As a Planning Officer at CCPA, you will maintain situational awareness of CENTCOM's current and future planning priorities and exercise programs. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive communication strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting CENTCOM's engagement and exercise initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and coordinate plans for CONUS and OCONUS exercises to support CENTCOM's mission objectives.
    • Create and synchronize Public Affairs and communication strategies to effectively communicate CENTCOM's operations and priorities.
    • Coordinate with internal and external information-related capabilities to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
    • Review and manage requests such as FOIAs, DOPSRs, and TMTs to support operational transparency and accountability.
    • Participate in CENTCOM's organizational construct and support emergent 24/7 shift surge requirements during crises or unforeseen events.

    Required Experience & Skills

    • Active TS/SCI Clearance.
    • Extensive knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques.
    • Ability to develop broad communication strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Familiarity with global outreach dissemination techniques and methods across various media platforms.
    • Experience in assessing programs and activities for designated target audiences.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
    • Understanding of the U.S. military structure, culture, and language.
    • Excellent communication, briefing, and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
