QUALIFICATIONS AND NECESSARY SKILLS:
- Ability to learn CRM software and applications
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and customer information collected
- Must be able to work independently with moderate to minimal supervision
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Effective oral communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a government background check
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Resolves any problems, questions, or concerns with professionalism and open communication
- Participates in service, brand, and product knowledge training
- Gains knowledge of systems implemented during each customized client promotion/field campaign
- Assists in executing projects in alignment with the overall goals of the company
- Utilizes knowledge of products, services, and brands
- Responsible for inventory tracking
- Stays informed of company and client policies, procedures, and promotions
- All other tasks as needed by the Management team
