    Job Description

    As an ESSENTIAL BUSINESS, Red Label Enterprises has continued to not only service their clientele, but has also been able to continuously provide a stable work environment for all staff members. During these times, no matter what they’ll bring, Red Label will continue to serve the greater Los Angeles community just like we’ve been doing for the last 17 years. We are currently searching for individuals who have a strong interest in customer service, marketing, and community outreach. No experience? No problem! Paid training is provided for all new team members.

    • Builds knowledge of systems implemented during each customized client promotion/field campaign
    • Stays informed of company and client policies, procedures, and promotions
    • Builds rapport with customers and colleagues
    • Resolves any problems, questions, or concerns with professionalism and open communication
    • Ensures the highest level of effective communication and leadership daily
    • Utilizes knowledge of products, services, and brands
    • Assists in executing annual projects in alignment with the overall goals of the company
    • Provides swift and attentive service
    • Participates in service, brand, and product knowledge training
