TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists administrative team with daily tasks
- Participates and attends regular staff meetings
- Serves as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers
- Accurately track candidate information and data
- Answers all incoming calls and transfers to appropriate department when necessary
- Coordinates various schedules
- Enters data using ATS software (this will be taught)
- Communicates with candidates via phone, email, and text
- Other tasks as needed
