    Job Description

    We are seeking a proven leader who will lead the day-to-day Amazon performance. This position involves working at both the strategic and hands on operational levels.     The Specialist of Amazon Seller Central Marketplace Operations is responsible for marketplace platform compliance and health and oversees operations profit and loss. Utilizing Amazon best practices, the Director will ensure that all metrics related to marketplace sales performance meet or exceed company goals/metrics while driving Amazon business and profitability.

    The right candidate will be an analytical and creative problem solver who can identify the unique challenges facing our company that will be able to articulate and drive their solution through the organization.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Designing, implementing and managing PPC campaigns
    • Accountable for account health, ad performance, sales, best practices, potential opportunities and developing action plans to improve results
    • Deep passion for data driven marketing, tracking, analyzing, and experience driving profitable revenue growth through Amazon Ads and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, profit optimization)
    • Maintaining accuracy, integrity, and quality of Product Detail Pages
    • You must have a mastery of Amazon Seller Central and the ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics to manage the ever-evolving operational metrics and requirements to maintain the top performance ratings.
    • Mastery of third party marketplaces such as eBay, Newegg, Wal-Mart, and other marketplaces is a plus
    • Work cross-functionally with Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Logistics and Operations teams on activities such as SKU transition / rolling change management, adding and discontinuing products, maintaining product listing integrity, maintaining and improving positive customer relations through review management.
    • Work with the internal accounting and fulfillment team to manage and optimize FBA storage costs, product availability, and profitability.
    • Monitor and Protect Amazon listings against counterfeit products.
    • Work cross-functionally with the IT team for advanced analytical needs.
    • Manages and controls departmental expenditures within agreed budgets.
    • Staying on top of Amazon and marketplace knowledge to work with leadership to help stay ahead of the curve.
    • Effectively train new employees on internal software and systems.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

    • Expert Knowledge of Seller Central and the FBA environment
    • Strong history and understanding of ranking and marketing to grow amazon velocity and rank
    • Solid data analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets
    • Good communicator, comfortable with showing what data means and possible solutions
    • Tech-savvy, self-starter, with the ability to learn
    • Resourceful, quick, and agile
    • Diligence and attention to detail
    • Ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
    • Understanding of overall profitability on Amazon (seller categories, fulfillment methods, fees, etc.)
    • Experience in Amazon Advertising which includes keyword research, campaign buildouts, bid optimizations, reporting, and knowledge of the different ad types.
    • An understanding and experience with optimizing product detail pages including titles, key features, and A+ content.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of 2 years Amazon Seller Central experience
