    **Introduction:
    ** In the Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documents related to quality assurance are accurate, up-to-date, and meet the standards of the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring reviewing, editing, and updating documents, as well as providing feedback and recommendations for best practices.     Job Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and implement plans for documentation control and management
    • Ensure files are accurate, up-to-date, and easily retrievable
    • Route documents for review and approval in the Document Management system
    • Approves Document Change Controls and assigns effective dates to documents
    • Ensure the correct and timely input of database entries
    • Responsible for filing and maintaining all controlled documents and records as well as ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards
    • Develop and implement document control protocols and procedures
    • Notifies manager of compliance questions and issues.
    • Monitor the status of documents and report any discrepancies to management
    • Performs general word processing tasks and support
    • Participates in training on issues affecting own area of work
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure documents are handled properly. The position is the primary technical writer for documents pertaining to production and quality, including policies, programs, etc.
    • Participate in internal audit of the quality systems related to documentation compliance and verification
    • Identify trends in customer requests to update documentation accordingly
    • Work with management to identify and address areas of improvement in document control processes
    • Provide training and support to internal services and technical staff on software
    • Train and mentor team members on document control policies and procedures
    • Perform software quality assurance testing on applications, software components, and system products.
    • Provides additional support and assistance on tasks and projects as directed by management

    Job Requirements:

    • 1-5 years of experience in software test/ quality assurance
    • Proven experience creating, revising, and managing QA documents, including test plans, scenarios, and scripts
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Familiarity with software configuration management and version control tools
    • Technical writing skills preferred
    • Attention to detail
