As a member of our team, you will:

• Play a part in a locally owned store, reporting directly to the owner
• Work to redefine what it means to be a runner
• Use our foot-strike analysis technique to look at customers’ gaits and make recommendations for footwear and other gear they may need.
• Get to be on the forefront of the newest innovations in the running industry as you unpack shipments and learn about new products!
• Be a Problem-Solver! Answer questions and find solutions to novel issues. Since our customers come to us looking for the answers, we strive to be a great resource!
• Run! You’ll have the chance to lead our highly attended weekly group run and be a part of our special events.
• Jump in and help with whatever is needed. We have a lot of things to do around the store and we might need your help with anything ranging from inventory, researching new products, or helping out at a store event.
• Attend Expos and Special Events - You’ll help us as we set up at local race expos and meet runners from all over the world!
• Be a team player! We have a closely-knit staff made up of all types of runners.
• Think outside the box! There are several ways to tackle a problem, so if you have a better solution or process then share it.
