Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming guest service leader / ambassador to join our team!

You will serve as the face of an established personal care environment and will be the first point of contact for our guests. Greeting customers as they arrive, making appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their visit. The ideal candidate has a fun and cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet guests

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment

Provide impeccable customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Cash handling and payment processing

Discuss and make retail sale recommendations

Motivate staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Qualifications

Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred

Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred

Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Familiar with computers and scheduling software

Excellent multi-tasking skills
