    Job Description

    We are currently seeking to hire a Roof Salesman/Insurance Adjuster to join our team! You will be working with a sales team to drive company revenue.

    PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

    • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
    • Perform estimating of cost and price as related to projects to which the company has assigned appointments
    • Develop complete time schedules, material take off list and budgetary timelines for all projects
    • Meet regularly with owner to assure complete communication relative to strategies for obtainment of future work
    • Maintain awareness of business related trends, advances, and improvements
    • Maintain and share with the owner a bid status report for each bid submitted on a weekly basis
    • 50k to 125k annual, commission only
    • Door knocking will be required to generate sales leads. And at the owners discretion it may be your only source of leads.
    • Once in the field, you will receive $750 car allowance every 30 days.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ideal for previous INSURANCE ADJUSTER or "In Home Sales"
    • 3-5 years experience in sales, "in home sales" construction sales, or related fields is a plus
    • LEVEL 1 XACTIMATE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS. IF NOT CERTIFIED, MUST BE WILLING TO BECOME CERTIFIED IN LEVEL 1 XACTIMATE
    • AccuLynx software experience is a plus.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Solution Oriented type personality
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Ability to build rapport with clients

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

    • Bid estimates: accurate, profitable
    • Reporting/Control: Bid estimate status - Win / Loss Record
    • Daily journaling of all jobs status' in AccuLynx
    • Communication: Constant and effective

    MEASUREMENT OF PERFORMANCE:

    • ​The ESTIMATOR will be evaluated on the following factors:
    • Accuracy and timeliness of bids and quotes of future business
    • The accuracy of estimates in comparison to the actual cost of the projects estimated
    • The Bid Success rate obtained
    • The degree of involvement and enthusiasm displayed for the betterment of the company
    • The consistency of work attendance and participation
    • The level of cooperation and communication afforded the operation of the Company especially with Field Operations
