Assistant Lease Administrator– Commercial Real EstateIrvine, CAA privately held, commercial real estate firm is looking for a Assistant Lease Administrator. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of basic commercial real estate practices. The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Lease Administrator will be as follows: lease abstracting, data entry of leases in Yardi, establishing/transferring utility services, processing utilities, and interacting with Commercial Managers. The Assistant Lease Administrator will directly report to the VP of Operations and will assist with various property management duties as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Filing of lease and property documents, file management
Processing utility set up/transfers for new acquisitions and dispositions
Processing utility and property invoices
Preparing lease abstracts
Entering leases/amendment in Yardi
Experience:
Must have basic knowledge of commercial lease language and be able to abstract leases required
Must have experience with processing invoices
Yardi Commercial Voyager 7s and Payscan experience preferred
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities and the ability to meet deadlines
