We are seeking a part-time Human Resources professional to join our team and provide HR services to one of our clients.

This is a true part-time position working approximately 15 to 20 hours per week both onsite with clients' and from home.

The HR Generalist will focus on:

• Conduct recruiting for various positions including sourcing and screening candidates and coordinating the candidates through the selection process.\
• Develop HR policies and procedures and update employee handbooks
• Lead onboarding and off-boarding processes
• Conduct employee training sessions
• Coach and guide managers and supervisors on employee relations issues

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors Degree in HR, business, or other related field
• 3 to 5 years Human Resources generalist experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, HRIS and payroll
• PHR certification highly preferred
