We are seeking a part-time Human Resources associate to join our team and provide HR services to our clients.
This is a true part-time position working approximately 20 hours per week from home but occassionly might need to go onsite to our clients.
The HR Associate will focus on:
- Conduct recruiting for various positions including sourcing and screening candidates and coordinating the candidates through the selection process.
- Develop HR policies and procedures and update employee handbooks
- Lead onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Assisting with benefits administration
- Coach and guide managers and supervisors on employee relations issues
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelors Degree in HR, business, or other related field
- 2 to 3 years Human Resources generalist experience with an emphasis in recruiting
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, employee relations, benefits, HRIS and payroll
