We are seeking a part-time Human Resources professional to join our team and provide HR services to one of our clients.
This is a true part-time position working approximately 15 to 20 hours per week both onsite with clients' and from home.
The HR Generalist will focus on:
- Conduct recruiting for various positions including sourcing and screening candidates and coordinating the candidates through the selection process.\
- Develop HR policies and procedures and update employee handbooks
- Lead onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Conduct employee training sessions
- Coach and guide managers and supervisors on employee relations issues
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelors Degree in HR, business, or other related field
- 3 to 5 years Human Resources generalist experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, HRIS and payroll
- PHR certification highly preferred
