Job Description
RedEx Media is searching for a highly skilled customer support representative to spearhead inbound and outbound customer service communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to inbound customer support emails
- Answer incoming calls related to purchases and follow up on missed phone calls
- REVIEW AND TRACK CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
- LOG AND REPORT REPEATED BUGS SUBMITTED BY END-USERS
- MONITOR TRANSACTION LOGS FOR SUSPICIOUS TRANSACTIONS
- IDENTIFY AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF SERVICE, PRODUCTIVITY, AND PROFITABILITY
- DEVELOP AUTOMATED WORKFLOWS FOR REPEATED CUSTOMER SUPPORT FUNCTIONS
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of customer support experience for a website or software company
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and positive attitude
- Possesses a high-level of critical thinking
- Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
