The ideal candidate will have expertise in taking photographs, video, and drone footage as well as experience in editing and creating marketing materials. The saying "A picture is worth a thousand words" is perhaps more relevant in our industry than any other. The best visual representation of our properties is critical in order to best market and sell the properties in our portfolio. Responsibilities: Photograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast Help real estate agents stage the home during the shoot to ensure eye pleasing results Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients Produce and edit virtual tour videos of many properties to post on various social media and websites Qualifications: Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite Prefer real estate photography experience but will train Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment Compensation: $15 - $25 hourly
