    Job Description

    We run a coaching practice helping men struggling with sexual integrity issues, wives who've been impacted by betrayal, and marriages find redemption after betrayal. Our clients are looking for a Christ-centered approach to healing, and are located around the world. Our company is small, and we try to treat the people who work for us like family.

    FORMALLY, YOU'LL BE:

    • Supporting the Owners (husband and wife) in an OFFICE COORDINATION capacity (remotely)-

      • Overseeing client journey from initial contact to first appointment with assigned staff, to ongoing help, to graduating from our programs. This includes:
        • Responding to and routing incoming contact requests, including initial contact and follow up
        • Scheduling consultation calls
        • Corresponding with clients regarding billing and scheduling
        • Supporting staff with client issues (scheduling, contracts, billing, event registration)
        • Maintaining accurate CRM records
    • Supporting the Owners (husband and wife) in an ADMINISTRATIVe capacity-

      • Managing owner's calendar including client appointments, staff meetings and travel
      • Helping coordinate and schedule live events
      • Helping organize and execute strategic projects
      • Daily task administration such as contact follow ups, client information requests, staff correspondence

    INFORMALLY, YOU'LL BE:

    • Reading one of the owners' A.D.D. mind and anticipating administrative & organizational needs
    • Juggling multiple, sometimes conflicting calendar changes to ensure client needs are met
    • Interacting with hurting people, in some of the most painful points in their lives​
    • Making sure the wheels don’t come off!

     

    PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in an office coordinator role (in a small business a +)
    • Superior organization skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Include the word okra somewhere in your application
    • Familiarity with Apple products
    • Familiarity with Ontraport CRM is a +

     

    PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Belief that people can change
    • Compassionate; you'll be hearing about, reading about and talking to people dealing with sexual betrayal
    • Resilient; the gravity of the stories and experiences we help with can become burdensome at times
    • Ideally you will have experience in an office manager role at a church or counseling/coaching practice
