We are seeking licensed private investigators to perform casework for our national clients. Our team provides a scientific, objective, and trauma-informed response to situations involving allegations of employee misconduct. 

Investigators conduct incident interviews over the phone, then write a report that can be used to facilitate accurate and fair employer decision-making. This work requires individuals who maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity.

Redirect provides training, a style guide, and report templates to ensure quality and accuracy. 

Qualifications

• Licensed Private Investigator/Detective License required; multiple jurisdictions preferred
• Knowledge of sexual offending behavior and the effects of trauma is required
• Experience preparing documentation for individuals who are court-involved is preferred
