The Operations Coordinator is a critical role at Redirect. The role is an excellent way to make a difference in the lives of many people in an industry-leading, fast-paced and growing company.

The Operations Coordinator manages the flow of cases from beginning to end by:

• Gathering new case information when submitted
• Distributing case information to our Specialists
• Coordinating interviews for our Specialists
• Producing weekly case reports

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of administrative, operations, or customer service experience
• Clear, professional oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with email, text, Google Suite, web meetings, and calendaring software
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• High energy, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• At least 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT
