TheHEALTHCARE CONSULTANTwill develop new accounts in a business-to-business environment while working closely with our marketing team. This individual will build relationships, educate, provide pricing and benefit guides to new and prospective clients. The sales representative will collaborate to drive efficiency, maximize outreach, and create a great client experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generating leads through industry knowledge and experience
• Tracking leads from beginning to end of the sales process
• Attend Events to promote Redirect Health and generate leads
• Educating leads and current clients as to our Product and the benefits it provides
• Enrolling new clients and their employees into our Healthcare, answering questions and building their confidence

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Health Insurance License for Arizonapreferred (Redirect Health covers licensing fees for obtaining during first 90 days)
• 2-3 years of Sales Experience (willing to train), Preferred
• High school Diploma, required
• Bilingual (Spanish), preferred
