What we need from you:

• 5-7 years of manufacturing plant management experience
• Passionate about manufacturing and supply chain
• Strong background in metal working
• Laser experience
• LOVE seeing the final product completed FAST and with HIGH QUALITY
• Strong work ethic
• Love the challenge of new projects
• Prior military is preferred but not required
