    Redmann Law is seeking a top-notch experienced Trial Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience and multiple first-chair jury trials completed. Preferably in the personal injury realm, but criminal jury trial experience is an acceptable alternative. Guaranteed annual compensation plus bonuses totaling a minimum of $150,000.00 / per year, plus excellent benefits including 3 weeks of paid time off. Compensation may far exceed that minimum sum, assuming good to great results achieved on the many six- and seven-figure dollar value cases assigned. This position will also require mentorship and training assistance with lesser-experienced attorneys and staff in the office. Applicant must be able to work and get along well with others on the legal team which is passionate and dedicated to delivering 5-star care and handling of all of the firm’s clients and their cases. BENEFITS - What We Do For You: • Extremely competitive Base Salary with a significant incentives-based bonus structure • 401(k), 401(k) Matching • Great Dental, Vision, Life, and other ancillary benefits - at little or no cost • 3 Weeks - Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • Free Parking • Paid CLE Courses COMPENSATION: • Guaranteed minimum annual compensation: $150,000 or higher EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Minimum of 5 years litigation experience Responsibilities: • Handling all aspects of litigating cases from lawsuit, pre-trial discovery and motions, through trial on merits, and appeal • Work with and mentor lower-level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques • Actively engage in, and join, legal team in “sharpening the saw” with well more than the required minimum of training, seminars, and study of our craft - all on firm time and expense Qualifications: • At least 5 years of litigation and trial experience • Decision-making, public speaking, and supervisory experience • Advanced proficiency in computer skills, reviewing reports, and budgets • Excellent relationship-building, leadership, process improvement, and communication skills • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills Compensation: $150,000
