The Law Office of John Redmann is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters for a well-respected law firm. As a litigation paralegal, you will be responsible for managing case files once they enter our Litigation Department, communicating with clients and attorneys, conducting research, and drafting legal documents and correspondence. Responsibilities: • Prepare pleadings, motions and other legal documents directed by attorneys • Do research and create reports regarding litigation • Organize and keep track of case documents, deposition transcripts and other discovery materials • Manage daily tasks and agendas for the attorney • Compile legal pleadings, motions, and other documents as per instructions from attorneys • Perform legal research and generate reports with regard to litigation • Organize and manage the production of case files, deposition transcripts, and other related discoveries • Maintain communication with clients, lawyers, court personnel, and expert witnesses • Organize databases of case information and submit reports for review by attorneys • Oversee the daily duties and calendar for the lawyer. • Trial preparation Qualifications: • Proven experience in litigation process and trial preparation • Attention to detail • The ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and effectively, and prioritize projects • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written) • Familiarity with personal injury cases • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation: $55,000 yearly
