    Our law office is growing and we need the right legal marketing assistant to help us promote our brand to the community. You’ll be responsible for working with the marketing team on developing key strategic marketing campaigns, both online and offline, that get the word out there about our legal services. Some experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not necessary for this role. The successful applicants will have the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the team. Responsibilities: • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms, stay up-to-date on the latest market research and advise on improvements • Maintain responsibility over the firm’s brand integrity by overseeing the copywriting and image creation of all print materials including letterhead, business cards, brochures, flyers, etc. • Make a winning marketing plan that promotes our legal firm • Create content for digital marketing campaigns through email, social media, and online advertising that will generate brand awareness and bring new clients to the legal firm • Manage social media and website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and data analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant • Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies to increase the firm's visibility and reputation within the legal industry • Organize volunteer opportunities and other grassroots campaigns • Create and manage content for the firm's website, blog, and social media platforms • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers • Create and distribute press releases, articles, and other promotional materials • Monitor and analyze marketing and PR metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements • Collaborate with the legal team to identify new business development opportunities • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing and PR efforts remain competitive and relevant Qualifications: • Candidate must be able to demonstrate professional written and verbal marketing communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors • Jobseekers should be able to juggle multiple deadlines and projects • Some experience or a strong interest in the legal industry is highly preferred • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms - basic graphic design skills are also desired • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and PR, with a focus on legal marketing preferred • Strong understanding of the legal industry and its nuances • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing • Experience in SEO and PPC campaigns • Experience with event planning and coordination. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset • Excellent organizational and project management skills Compensation: $50,000 yearly
