Experience in the P&C insurance industry is preferred, but isn't required.  B2B sales experience is a plus.

Yes, sales is the art of persuasion, but for us, it's the mission of building relationships and becoming a small business owner's hero. We may sell on personality, value, or even price--but in the end, we keep em because they love us. And because no one else is willing to go the extra mile for our customers the way we do.

Rednil Brokers receive hands on, personal training. We are searching for talent that would like to build a solid income serving a community of some of the hardest working, un-entitled, ethical people in the country: small business owners. You would be stepping into an existing book of business and seeking to expand it within California.  

This position comes with a private office.

Compensation is customizable to maximize your motivation, but typically involves:

1. A monthly base to prevent starvation
2. New business commission of 50% of gross commission
3. Renewal commissions ranging 30-40% of gross commission
4. Platinum PPO Health insurance (75% employer/25% employee share) after 90 days of employment
5. Dental insurance (100% paid by company)
6. 401k matching & profit sharing after 1 year of employment

Minimum Requirements:

1. 5 years experience successfully selling to businesses
2. Bachelors degree in anything other than underwater basket weaving or gender studies
3. Clean criminal background check
4. A reliable vehicle
5. P&C Insurance license

We act as an MGA on one of the largest insurance programs for bowling centers in the country, insuring more than 300 centers nationwide.
