CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (CSA)

1. Provide Quality Customer Service
2. Working directly with customers at the Kiosks assisting with payments and product offerings.
3. Must be able to input data into computers and help keep up to date records.
4. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
5. Directing customers into the wash bay.
6. Keeping grounds clean and maintained: in particular the vacuum area, keeping trash emptied and towels supplied in the vacuum area, in addition to helping to keep the wash bay clean.
7. Opening and Closing the car wash.
8. Must be able to stand and walk around most of the work shift.
9. Must be available to work weekends.
10. Open to training and accountability.
11. Flexible Scheduling.
12. Immediate Placement Available.
13. Starting pay $10 per hour, plus Commission.
14. 35-40 hours per week.
