    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As an Executive Assistant, you'll manage complex scheduling and travel for multiple Senior Leaders and their project teams. You'll move quickly with the changing environment and use your judgement and skills to strategically support your teams' projects. You'll also collaborate with a top-notch and cohesive Operations team to support the behind the scenes needs of the firm, along with supporting the day-to-day needs of the Colorado office. Redstone is fast-paced, and we are looking for a tenacious, adaptable, and resilient person to add to our team.

    DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Proactively manage calendars, scheduling, event planning, and other administrative needs for assigned Senior Leaders and project teams
    • Manage domestic and international travel by directly booking flights, hotels, and transportation while tracking, making necessary changes, and anticipating travelers' needs
    • Act as a Boulder office administrator, including supporting daily operations and planning office culture-building activities

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with the Operations team to continually optimize processes and results
    • Contribute as a citizen of the firm by engaging positively in culture and development activities
    • Stay connected while out of the office to occasionally accomplish brief tasks remotely (infrequently)

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3 years of experience providing administrative support for internal clients in a professional service setting (e.g., consulting, legal, finance/accounting, medical office)
    • 1 year of experience with direct booking of domestic and international travel
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with complex and dynamic scheduling for several internal clients at the senior level (e.g., medical office, law firm, or supporting project teams)
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build professional and productive relationships across all levels
    • Excellent organization and attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently
    • Experience supporting office operations (purchasing, coordinating maintenance, greeting visitors, coordinating catering, general office support)
    • A positive, proactive approach, strong initiative, and the capacity to adapt under pressing deadlines
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
    • Experience leading/managing small projects

    WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    This position works primarily from our Boulder office during normal business hours, typically Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm MT with some flexibility for work with other time zones. Redstone's hybrid work model entails working in-office an average of at least 3 days per week – you are welcome to work in the office more than three days per week, but it is not required. You will be provided a laptop and need to establish a safe, professional, and reliable workspace with stable internet connectivity from which to work during business hours if you choose to work remotely; for days you are not in the office.

    Redstone requires that all staff be fully vaccinated and up to date on boosters (per CDC guidelines) to work from our physical offices or attend in-person firm meetings and events, with permanent or temporary exemption and/or accommodation available for sincerely held religious beliefs, medical conditions, or immunity from prior infection.

    While performing regular duties, you will be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel, and to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.

    COMPENSATION

    A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this position is $68,400 to $78,800 (commensurate with experience). This position is also eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. This is a full-time exempt salaried position with a competitive benefits package including paid parental leave, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life, access to reimbursement accounts (FSA, HSA, Dependent daycare, and qualified parking and transit), as well as paid vacation, sick time, and holidays, donation matching, reimbursement for professional learning, and a retirement plan.
