Position Summary
The Reductions Specialist plays a critical role in maximizing client recoveries and ensuring an exceptional client experience through the settlement and case closing process. As the final point of contact before case resolution, this position requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
The ideal candidate has experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm, understands medical billing and lien resolution, and can effectively negotiate reductions with medical providers, manage case-related documentation, and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the reductions process.
