Member Service Center Representative (Call Center) - Part Time
The Cloud Engineer is responsible for ensuring the delivery of cloud computing services. This includes preparing cloud infrastructure for organizational applications, implementing a cloud computing strategy, and ensuring the security of cloud systems.
Design, prepare, and configure an optimal cloud environment for the organization’s existing applications, services, dependencies, and more. (30%)
Plan and implement migrations to the cloud from an on-premises environment. (30%)
Monitor and manage cloud-based systems once migrated to ensure optimal security, performance, and cost efficiency. (20%)
Managing 3rd party Cloud Services Provider (CSP) professional services vendors. (10%)
Manage technological projects as assigned. Ensures proper policies, procedures, risk mitigation activities, and operating controls are followed. Reports gaps in policies, procedures, and operating controls to leadership to ensure member impact and risk is mitigated. (10%)
