DESCRIPTION

• This person is responsible for the operation of SUE field equipment.
• The major objectives are the quality, accuracy, thoroughness and ability to follow instructions.
• Requires a lot of walking for long periods of time through all kinds of terrain, uneven ground and sometimes water.
• Some overnight travel may be required.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Entry level experience in SUE field operations and entry level proficiency with survey equipment (total stations and GPS, SUE locating equipment, or hydrographic equipment) preferred but not required.
• Individual will have good technical skills; behavioral traits of process oriented, steady, helpful, honest, trustworthy, adaptable, analytical, problem solver, likes work alone when required, methodical, consistent, detail oriented, precise, hates mistakes, likes structure.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
