    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Maintain, prepare, and process semi-monthly payroll for 50-100+internal employees.
    • Manage employee file and time keeping to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. Review daily On-Time to make sure all time keeping is accurate.
    • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports. Review missing punches to get all time corrections completed and signed off by managers prior to payroll day. Complete Agency Reports daily each morning.
    • Manage payroll variables like shift diff, OT, on call, etc.
    • Maintain confidentiality of records, contacts, and information.
    • Effectively communicate with internal employees, clients, vendors, and coworkers in person, by telephone and in written correspondence.
    • Review new applications to set up interview. Call new applicants interviews. Complete pre-employment screening and verification. Complete pre-screening and employment verification on all new and former employees
    • Complete all new employees on-boarding paperwork and within All-Pay. Complete the I-9 process. If there are any pay adjustments, make sure those have been submitted with Administrators approval and Regional Director approval to be able to submit to payroll before payroll ends.
    • Ensure all employee files are state ready for audit approval. Must have strong detail orientation and high accuracy level.
    • Document and maintain all progressive disciplinary action, suspension and termination.
    • Attends job-related training and remains current on HR policies & procedure
    • Perform Orientation and review Benefits to be able to explain and distribute benefit forms in orientation.
