Responsibilities: • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Set up and attend showings with your clients while helping them navigate through the home-buying process • Negotiate contracts for clients giving them the best representation possible Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Organized and manages time effectively • Self-motivation and drive • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Technology driven Compensation: $75,000 commission based
