Position Summary The Recruiting Intern will support Talent Acquisitions and Staff Recruiting functions while gaining knowledge of attraction, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. Essential Functions Collaborates closely with our Corporate Recruiters, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Assists in screening candidates for a variety of open roles, helping management find, hire quality talent. Assists in scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers. Continuously partner with cross functional teams to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies. Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements. Assists in identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Condition of Employment: All personnel designated as office-based, hybrid or flexible under the Firm’s Flexible Work Policy are required as a condition of their employment to have had the initial series of COVID-19 vaccinations, meaning either two doses of Pfizer or Moderna or one dose of Johnson & Johnson. Education: College student with interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Recruiting. Experience: No prior experience required. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills and good negotiation tactics. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
