    We’re looking for a leader who's a professional, proactive, highly-organized executive assistant to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for assisting our executives with administrative duties such as making & answering phone calls, marketing & advertising duties, overseeing aspects of marketing within the database, and all other things that arise that require executive attention. Responsibilities: Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive CUSTOMER SERVICES & ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES • Assist with incoming calls & general office duties - must be cross-trained on essential administrative duties • Follow up w/ all current clients •  Assist team in the evening when necessary FOLLOW UP DUTIES • Prepare and execute follow up programs • Send follow up texts & emails • Respond to clients & future clients promptly.  • Manage database • Ensure all follow-up systems and processes run efficiently DATABASES & CRM MANAGEMENT DUTIES • Record & track lead sources • Keeps team leader informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be resolved • Ensure all clients are properly contacted  • Maintain contact database system & back-office support • Prepare analysis • Track advertising responses & prepare a weekly report for team leader Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly
