JOB OVERVIEW:

Metro Properties is looking for experienced commercial cleaners to help us maintain our residential & commercial properties at a high level.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years commercial cleaning experience
• Experience with floor cleaning machine & commercial 
• Ability to follow timelines and execute a plan.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours), able to stoop and bend, lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards
• Positive work history & supervisor verifications (dependability, compliance, performance).
• Ability to commit to employment contract w/6 month commitment + 3 week notice
• Reliable Transportation.

SCHEDULE:

• 30+ hours per week
• wed thru sunday - 6am to 1pm

COMPENSATION:

• $10-18 per hour - dependant on experience & skills
