Loft 310 is looking for an experienced and ambitious event/banquet sales person with significant wedding sales experience to head up our private event sales division.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sell 1+ million/yr in f&b events, consisting of weddings, social, corporate, and holiday events
• Grow event sales 10% annually by focusing on corporate events, associations and charitable events
• Utilize, maintain, and improve a professional sales process for 3000+ inquiries and 500+ tours
• Track and analyze lead sources to improve advertising and customer targeting
• Fully utilize web applications & systems to automate processes and improve predictability

REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive Attitude!
• 2+ yrs event sales, w/significant wedding banquet sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or similar
• Strong planning and technology skills
• Live within 15 miles of Downtown Kalamazoo
• Positive work history
