Reedy Property Services is the Service division of Reedy Property Group that is focused on residential and commercial HVAC and Maintenance. We are looking for an experienced Residential and Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

Utilize field service software platforms to track job status, report findings, build estimates and complete service forms.

Provide excellent communication to office staff on daily progress, job barriers, and ideas for improvement.

Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Ability to work on a mobile basis and serving Greenville and Spartanburg areas as needed.

Willingness to coach and mentor younger technicians a plus

Requirements:

5-10 Years of Residential or Commercial HVAC service and installation experience.

Experience with 3 phase power, electrical circuits, and breaker panels.

Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or identify necessary replacement parts to service HVAC systems in a timely manner.

Can perform annual system tune ups to include Gas Furnace, Heat Pump, and HVAC preventative maintenance plans.

Experience installing duct work, plenums, and registers..

Enjoys working in a team environment, collaborating with other technicians and office staff on a regular basis.

Ability to complete required service or installation forms in a professional and thorough manner.

Enjoys new and different challenges each day.

Job requires occasional heavy lifting of equipment; candidate must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Experience with VFD and VAV systems a plus.

Desired Skills/Certifications:

EPA Certification

HVAC licensure a plus

Electrical training or certifications

Microsoft Outlook experience

Experience with field service software systems (Housecall Pro, Service Titan, Jobber, etc.) or other work order management platforms.

Excellent organization skills.
