You have to be a decisive, forward thinker who can manage your time and follow up with leads, as we will not micromanage you. If you love to hunt, the thrill of the close, and have some measure of ability to follow our process, we are looking for you! You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed. This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes. Tired of wasting time on cold leads? We will provide all of the marketing, all of the pre-vetted leads, and set up the appointments for you. You just show up and CLOSE! Responsibilities: Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer Build new, genuine relationships Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline • Consistent updating of client interactions in our CRM • Managing tasks and appointments so that we never lose track of a lead • Construct offers to purchase and close every close-able lead • Meet with seller in-person and over the phone Qualifications: Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people Familiarity with the area real estate market Ability to spend a large amount of time traveling by car Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Sales experience helpful Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Display excellent verbal and written communication skills • A Californian Real Estate Salesperson License is required Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
