    Job Description

    An inside sales position, following up on and nurturing qualified leads (NO cold calls). Join our team of inside sales agents supporting one of the top agents in the region, work only a 40-hour week (plus some weekends and evenings per month, some flexibility), NO open houses, NO buyer babysitting, just building relationships with buyers and sellers in the greater San Diego area.

    The inside sales agents (ISAs) who do well in this position are knowledgeable, have good client management, communication, and organization skills, and could earn a good living by focusing on one sales function with pre-qualified leads, the freedom from endless cold prospecting, intense competition and uncertain, unpredictable feast-famine roller coaster of normal sales positions.  Follow proven scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on

    ISA DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS:

    Call all leads that are assigned to you on a regular basis using the scripting that is provided. 

    • Strive to hit daily/weekly/monthly goals
    • Nurture leads that need more time
    • Use Follow Up Boss to make all calls
    • All calls placed must be a minimum of 30 seconds long to give the ISA adequate time to leave a voicemail
    • Maintain all logs and notes in FuB
    • Maintain contact with leads until they are ready to act
    • Call any new leads that you claim within 30 minutes of accepting them

    Set appointments for the OSAs that are qualified and viable

    • Make concise notes and include any details that the client tells you that will help the OSA when they meet with client.

    Reschedule appointments if the client no-shows

    Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming leads from sources.

    Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts

    Ability to uncover potential sales opportunities

    Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

    Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their need.
