    FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

    Essential responsibilities include _but are not limited to _the following:

    With guidance from the Director of Operations, coordinate efforts to generate quality leads and inbound calls. Assist with leading and implementing strategy, branding and messaging, web and social media management, collateral development and production, media relations, and advertising for the organization. The Marketing Coordinator is a member of the operations team and is an integral part of ensuring our office operations run smoothly and successfully. The Marketing Coordinator will handle a variety of administrative and office support related tasks, including coordinating with outside vendors, service providers, as well as perform special projects.

    • Manage multiple projects concurrently to ensure Marketing deliverables.
    • Provide support with content creations and serve as the main contact for social media.
    • Manage and update communication files, photos, and marketing materials.
    • Develop and manage media archiving system.
    • Creative design for marketing materials.
    • Report on analytics and tracking data across all platforms.
    • Special events support
    • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors and technology partners as needed.
    • Maintain custom homepage and landing page content updates.
    • Assist sales with promoting listings.
    • Assist with Open Houses and marketing as needed.
    • Prepare email marketing campaigns and Email blasts.\
    • Liaison to 3rd Party marketing affiliates.
    • Utilize research tools to create factual marketing materials.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • 3-5 years of experience in a business environment
    • Experience writing copy, drafting social media posts and internal and external business communications.
    • Solid understanding of social media trends, best practices, ad buying and target marketing.
    • Exceptionally strong writing skills
    • Excellent time management, highly organized, able to prioritize work, multi-task, and a strong attention to detail.
    • Strong knowledge of all social networking platforms
    • Strong visual sensibilities.

    REQUIRED MARKETING TOOLS & SKILLS:

    Microsoft Office

    WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT: Wordpress

    EMAIL MARKETING: Mailchimp and Drip Campaigns

    SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: Working knowledge of all platforms.

    AGORAPULSE:  Scheduling and Metrics

    ANALYTICS: Google Analytics, Agorapulse, Facebook/Instagram (in the platform)

    CONTENT MARKETING: Content creation and Copywriting

    CRM

    SEO: Keyword Research and Google Keyword Planner

    GRAPHIC DESIGN: Indesign/Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva

    ADS: Knowledge of Social Media Ad processes
