As President, a primary focus will be:
Preserving and growing the Heart-Centered Culture
Driving the mission of a 100-year legacy plan at REEP
Create, communicate, and implement the organization's vision and mission
Champion hiring and retaining Top Talent
Overseeing budgets, staff, and executive leadership and evaluating the success of the company and properties
Oversee budgets, team, and executive leadership
Ensure adherence to "The REEP Proven" processes
Ensure systems are updated and documented
Drive financial aspects and identify revenue opportunities
Lead and evaluate the leadership team, ensuring daily operations align with the company's philosophies
Maintain visibility at Apartment Associations
Meet with board members to assess company direction and mission compliance
Experience, Requirements and Skills
8+ years proven work experience as a President or high-level role in multi-family
Experience in overseeing 10,000+ units
Demonstrated visionary skills with an ability to see growth opportunities as well as identify issues
Ability to hire people based on their unique ability, put them in the right place and retain talented employees
Maintaining and growing a culture of people first
Bring to fruition a process system builder
Financial and operational knowledge of multi-family
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, motivational abilities
