Are you a skilled handyman with expertise in various trades? Do you take pride in delivering top-notch repairs and maintenance services? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Construction Crew Member.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, sheetrock, and both exterior and interior repairs.
Respond promptly and efficiently to work orders and service requests from property management.
Ensure all repairs are completed to high-quality standards, meeting safety regulations and company guidelines.
Utilize your own tools and equipment, including a truck, to carry out tasks effectively.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
HVAC certification required.
Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, sheetrock, and general maintenance.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Own transportation, including a truck, and a valid driver's license.
You must be able to communicate effectively with all personnel responsible for completing various phases of the project , ensuring procedure, protocol and specifications were followed for work orders for new builds, rehabs, maintenance, repairs, new installations .-Cooperate with local and state building officials including inspectors, code officials, fire chiefs, etc. . Ensuring safety requirements are being followed per company and OSHA standards. Interact professionally with onsite Property Management team.
