Reese Events Group is an event production business that provides planning services, floral designs, linen services, lighting/sound/video installs and furniture rentals. We provide to all kinds of events such as: Weddings, Social and corporate events. We are based in San Antonio, Texas and have been at our location for 10 years. We are looking for people with enthusiasm, willing to learn and hard working. Starting Earning Wage: $11.25 Hr. This position personnel will: Pickup/return rental items from other vendors, restore assets/inventory back to assign areas, clean/maintain vehicles, delivery products to assign venues, prep assets/inventory before event days and setup/teardown products at event sites. Previous experience is a plus but is not required. Willing to learn and with great attitude is a must. Hospitality and teamwork is our top priority in securing a great experience in both staff and customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling). - Stage finished product for loading. - Load finished product onto Vans and Box Trucks - Unload product materials from Vans and Box Trucks - Move product materials to storage units and studio - Move waste from assembly line to dumpsters. - Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out. No damaged materials is accepted in. - Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). - Complete daily logs. - Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on Vans - Communicate with operators from other shifts. - Clean and maintain work area. - Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use. - Other duties as assigned. Physical requirements: -Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and follow and obey all traffic laws -Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs -Constant standing and/or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc. -Must be able to ascend/descend stairs while carrying up to 50 lbs -Occasional stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, etc. up to 50 lbs -Ability to occasionally bend, twist, reach, and lift items up to 50 lbs -Occasional repetitive motion of the wrists/arms -Ability to follow written and verbal, detailed instructions in a loud and busy venue environment.
