Our goal is to provide high-quality, personalized service to clients in a timely and efficient manner. Primarily servicing clients in the Autoimmune and Enzyme Replacement space with a nursing team spread throughout Washington State as well as parts of Oregon and Idaho.
Position Summary
I am seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Referral Coordinator to join our team. This individual will serve as a key liaison between WINNfusion and our pharmacy partners, managing all incoming client referrals and ensuring proper coordination of care from intake through initial service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Review all incoming referrals from pharmacy partners for completeness and accuracy.
Assess referral details and determine staff availability to accept or decline services.
Communicate acceptance decisions to pharmacy partners promptly and professionally.
Secure appropriate staffing for each accepted referral, coordinating closely with internal scheduling and operations team.
Create and maintain both electronic and physical client files in accordance with HIPAA and company standards.
Conduct initial intake calls with clients to gather required information and confirm service arrangements.
Follow up after the initial visit to ensure client satisfaction and identify any additional needs.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process and continuity of care.
Track and report referral metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate in healthcare administration or related field a bonus.
Previous experience in a healthcare coordination, intake, or scheduling role strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare documentation standards.

This position is anticipated to work 20-30 hours a week at our office in Kennewick.
