Job Description

Seeking Part-Time Controller to remotely. Must log in daily. Responsibilities include:

• Monthly reconciliation bank and LOC
• Create and receive POs/Inventory
• Reconcile inventory  
• Manage Bookkeeper 
• Process quarterly taxes
• Availability to work 4-5 days a week during business hours (9am - 5pm) for at least 2 hours per day.

Pay: $35/hr

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Quickbooks Premier and Excel
• Accounting background
• Management experience
• Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator.
• Tax filing a plus
