Job Description

Reflection Window + Wall is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Chicago team. The APM will report to the Project Manager. The primary responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:

• Assist the PM in purchasing, tracking and scheduling of materials and labor
• Assist the PM in the preparation of estimates, change orders and implementation of changes as required by the owner, architect or general contractor
• Assist in overseeing production of component drawings for material fabrication
• Take offs and material ordering
• Coordinate with the GC, other trades and adjacent construction to allow uninterrupted flow of materials and manpower

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Auto-CAD knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Clean Driving Record
